MOSCOW, Oct 24 (PRIME) -- Russians’ inflationary expectations for the next 12 months declined by 0.3 percentage points on the month to 8.6% in October, the level of May 2018, the central bank said on Thursday.
Central Bank Chairwoman Elvira Nabiullina said in September that the bank will no longer delay publication of households’ inflationary expectations until the regulator’s decision on the key rate. The central bank is to consider the rate on Friday. Analysts expect that the regulator will reduce it by 0.5 percentage points to 6.5%.
